Ep.12 City Toyota presents the Corolla

The Corolla has always been economical and reliable; and undoubtedly the car of choice for many in the 80′s and 90′s. The updated version is full of surprises and comes with all the modern bells and whistles you could imagine.

Not only is it comfortable, sleek and stylish, but also backed up by a 1.8L VVT-i engine that delivers 100kW of power. This provides excellent fuel efficiency by using only 7.3 litres per 100 kilometres. It comes in a 6 speed manual or a 4 speed auto, and is available in a hatch or sedan. You get standard keyless entry, air con, electric windows and mirrors, 6 disc CD stacker and 6 speaker audio system with bluetooth and USB compatibility.

There’s extra head and leg room which makes for a very comfortable drive, and a huge amount of storage. Extra compartments and a 450 litre capacity boot make for a very spacious ride. The Corolla is also equipped with Toyota’s advanced AB-i braking system, which combines anti-skid braking system (ABS), brake assist (BA) and electronic brake-force distribution (EBD) to ensure you are driving with the highest possible level of safety and brilliant stopping power.
